蒸蛋
材料:
蛋 2隻
水 蛋的1.5倍分量
鹽少許
生抽少許
步驟:
1. 先放碟在蒸架,連同水一齊煮滾
2. 先打蛋, 再放水和鹽一齊攪拌
3. 把2.倒在蒸架的碟上
4. 蒸2分鐘後熄火,勿開蓋,焗20分鐘即成
5. 最後在蒸蛋上淋上生抽
